I just wanted to send kudos to Lynne T. I just booked two separate flights, one for my soon to be husband and one for me. We wanted to book them separately so that we could both get reward points on our credit cards. Before booking the flights online I realized that we probably wouldn't be able to get seats together. Since the flights would be for our honeymoon I wanted to make sure that we would be side-by-side. I called 1-800-cheapair and instantly got to speak to Lynne T. (amazing no hold). I told her the situation and she told me to go ahead and book the flights separately online and then she would go onto each reservation and make sure our seats were together. She waited on me to make each reservation then she made the seat changes and sent me a corrected seat itinerary to my email. Then she went an extra step and waited once again to make sure that I received the emails and to allow me to look over each email to make sure that our seating looked ok. I have worked in a similar customer service situation and I understand that sometimes the phone calls you take are not the most pleasant, so I applaud her professionalism. I feel that Lynne T. is definitely an asset to CheapAir.

Not sure if this is the correct forum for this, but I wanted to send thanks to two CheapAir.com employees who were very helpful yesterday. I don’t travel much, so making the reservations on-line was challenging for me. I’ll say that your company made it easier than the others I tried, so good job!

Unfortunately, I had to change my flight due to the event I was travelling to changing. Initially I spoke with Sylvia (sorry, didn’t ask her last name). She was courteous and helpful, and even waited while I called my husband on my cell phone to ask him a question. I had to call back and spoke with Simon Mashiah, who was able to change my flight, my rental car, and my hotel reservations. He was also very professional, polite, and called me back to confirm he had been successful.

It’s not often that people receive compliments on a job well done. It seems people are quick to complain and slow to say thank you. I just wanted to say thank you to Sylvia and Simon for making a stressful situation tolerable. Hopefully this message will get to them…perhaps more importantly to their bosses…they did a fabulous job!

I have to write and commend a great customer service agent. I had booked a cruise leaving out of Ft. Lauderdale and was flying in from Philadelphia. When my sister booked the plane ride from Philadelphia to FLA, she mistakenly chose the wrong return date. I initially called Delta hoping it would be a simple matter of changing the return date with maybe a minor fee. Delta outrageously offered to change the ticket for us for $800! To make matters worse, I had just been laid off, no way could I afford that. In desperation I called CheapAir. By this time I was panicking a bit and began to cry. Laurie, the agent was a doll. She began brainstorming and trying to figure out a work around. Laurie successfully found us flights with a nominal fee increase. She truly saved the day!

This is my first time using CheapAir, but it won't be my last. I'll definitely be telling others about CheapAir.

I'm writing to commend one of your associates, Frances Cezar. Only a week before my scheduled trip to Mexico I decided to change my plans for safety reasons. I was prepared for a battle as I tend to not receive cordial service with discount airline firms. Instead, Frances answered my call and was more than helpful. Not only did she take the time with me on the phone to explain every detail of my possibilities but also worked outside of our conversations to find the best rates for me. We concluded at the end of business yesterday that I would have to pay a total of about $230 to change my tickets. This morning, I began my day by reading that she had found a lower rate for me at under $200!
